A walk in the Dark

It’s dark,dim & dull foggy, misty ,sometimes clear sky but cold feel lazy, drab but restless the first step is the one which is difficult Once out, the roads, trees with the cover of shimmer in the lights of the streets, shading them gold is a beauty, the poet’s heart is awakened with the design of the withered leaves Once out,the clear celestial sky with the stars twinkling, a beauty to cherish. We spot mars & venus , for a memory to be retold., Once out,the cold bites, we pull our jackets tight but as we take more strides, the cold becomes just another layer of warmth for the heart to enjoy. The night sky is decorated with stars as our windows are decorated with festive lights The child's smile on seeing the shining decorative tree, is similar to the face of the glistening moon Now is not the time to stay indoors, its the time to step outside and the relish the senses with nature's delight The walk will bring along a smile which kindles the festive spirit The first step is the one which is difficult, once out unwrap the gift of nature!
