Time Travel !

The word Travel has inspired many and many have aspired for it and the word brings a lot of joy to anyone!.

We can travel to different places , cities , states or across countries , each travelling experience is an unique one and from each experience we learn a lot like cultures, customs and life style !!!.

In the modern times , i.e. today we are even able to travel to space as tourist , which was a distant dream to man not a long ago . What transformation travel has undergone from discovering voyages in the early age to space travel in the modern time ! Indeed Marvellous !.

What captures my imagination even more is Time Travel !! Just the thought gives me goose bumps and sends me into a state of excitement .Just the thought we could just go to the time when the Pyramids were built makes me just excited!.

Time Travel has eluded Man , I keep asking these questions myself is Time Travel Possible ? if possible , how? can we travel to the future or to the Past??? well .. many great personalities have been intrigued by the same thought , H.G Wells to name one .

His book Time Machine stills holds everybody in awe! Trust me iam earning for a machine like that.

There has been numerous debate on how time travel is possible and not possible !! But iam sure one day man will decipher this mystery too ! I have included few references here as for what the scientific world is doing on time travel:

Iam eager to go in to the past , to meet all the great Emperors and Kings and to study their technologies . The Troy war, The Pyramids , Mayans Pyramids , Stone Henge and Anghor watt and many more still remains a mystery to man , to unravel all this .. The Travel to the Past is essential.

Just the amount of knowledge we can gain and and to reprimand of his mistakes in the past, to avoid world wars and to save the extinct animals , to protect the forests , to learn to live with nature so that the Present is not affected just appears to me a bliss!

To travel to the future and to know what blunders we committed and to avoid the same to make our future secure is another great thought.

Couples Retreat !

Wow! that was a mesmerising journey !! Iam just talking about the journey which the album " ".Couples Retreat" Made me to take !

Another Master Piece form the " Mozart Of Madras" A.R Rahman .He made to Travel from Chennai , India to various destinations ranging from Hollywood , USA to Ibiza! .That's the Magic of his music in his latest work " Couples Retreat".

There are 15 songs each one of them is a masterpiece , such life , such divinity and filled with passion .The album has a song for every mood from hip shaking Nana to soft hum .. Kuru Kuru which is a Tamil Song! That's a master stroke .( There is a Hindi song thrown in and one Spanish /Mexican track too!!!!)

He is just inspiring and and he also makes aspire to earn for more such masterpieces.

I couldn't stop listening to the album , it just keeps ringing in my ear !!!! such intoxicating numbers !!! and surely a listener's delight.

Trust me another round of Oscars and Golden Globes are sure .!!!!!! If not then the judges sure don't have the caliber to judge.

Iam proud to say we reside in the same locality !!!!

A Millennium Of Magnificence-Tanjore Temple!

How would we feel if we have lived for a 1000 years !!!! .. well , let alone 1000 how about a 100 year in perfect good health !!! That would be an exuberant feeling ! wouldn't it???

The Tanjore Brihasivara Temple has completed 1000 years in existence .The Temple was formally opened in the year 1010 by the great Tamil Emperor Rajaraja Chola in his 25th year of reign. This Temple is an architectural wonder and really a magnificent example of the Tamil especially the Chola dynasty's craftsmanship .

The Pyramids of the Pharaohs have always enchanted us because of their architectural brilliance and the workmanship , in the same The Tanjor Temple will just mystify us with its sheer grandeur and craftsmanship.The Tanjor Big Temple is India's answer to the Pyramids, Angkor Watt and the Pyramids of Incas !!!.

The Temple also called as Big Temple , it was damaged in a way that it would collapse itself ( this happened in the 19th century ), nothing shook this Great wonder and it is still standing stall .

The Temple Vimana is 216 feet and occupies an area of 750 feet by 400 feet is one of the finest wonder in India .The Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva who is incarnated in the form of a Giant Lingam .This Temple is also a treasure trove of Chola Painting and Sculpture .The Topmost Stone weighing 80 tons has baffled all engineers on how it was positioned that is how it was possible to lift and place that on top without the help of any modern contrivances .

I still wonder how come this Great Monument is not among one of the wonders of the world,The Indian Government should realise the importance of this great monument and take every possible step to recognise The Big temple has one of the wonders of the world.

Test Cricket !!!!!

With the advent Of T20 ( Twenty 20) form of cricket , everybody said or at least thought Test Cricket will be Dead Soon.

Test Cricket was boring , long and most of the games didn't produce any result on the other hands T20 and Odi were fast , less time consuming , promised more excitement and yeah most of all a clear winner would emerge .

Test cricket is the purest and truest form of cricket , you need to have temperament , patience, perseverance , talent and skill . You should be in supreme fitness and indeed tests our endurance to the core . Test cricket is the breeding grounds for all great cricketers .It is true that a great test player would be able to play any form of cricket with authority .

The advent of One day and T20 cricket , test matched have evolved in to real battle field, the game have evolved so much , the speed at which the runs scored , the attacking fields and one captain has to outsmart the other captain with mind boggling tactics and his analytical abilities .Test Cricket tests your ability to cope up with different environment like dusty spinning tracks in the Sub-continent to bouncy tracks of the land down under and to the chin music of the mighty west indies .It is the Test for a Genuine Cricketer. Test Cricket is like a carnival , the whole city where the match is being played comes to a stand still , people flock with families to watch the game , its dance , music , fancy dress , party , lawn picnic , pool and beer depending on the country and it leaves a lasting impression in the mind of the youngster, he can learn and also have fun at the same time .

You cannot see a slip cordon comprising of 7 slip fielders in one days or t20's this can only happen in Test cricket .The Shewags , Gayles , Dravids. Sachins , Laras , Dilshans did certainly change the way Test cricket was played and now players like Virat kohli,Steve Smith, David Warner , Faf du Plessis , Kane Williamson make sure we sit up and take notice. The Test matches are being given prime importance and this was evident form the crowd attendance in the recently concluded India - Srilanka series and now the ASHES ( Personally the best was the tantalisingly close finish of South-Africa Vs England Series(2010) , were The English played out of their skins to held on to two draws in the most dramatic ways and the IND vs Aus Series in India (2106/2017)) .

With India climbing on to the Number One Spot in Test Cricket ,dominating the past one year in Home conditions and now the time has come where they need to prove the mettle overseas, the interest in the Test Matches have been for sure rekindled and all the three forms of the games i.e Test , ODI and T20 can co-exist peacefully and help one another to evolve in a better way .
