The "Hidden" Economy
Every country has its own economic agenda, for instance, India is an agricultural country .China is a Communist Country; America is a capitalist country, Pakistan, the less said the better, Middle - East is all of Oil based riches.
We ought to think that the world runs by food, oil and dollar
Or is it?
Well that’s an intriguing question , do we really need to believe the world runs on food , oil and dollar .To an extent yes but deep down under a mystic weave of our powerful yet corrupt politicians and well hidden from the sights of common man , is an economy , which we are unaware but effectively contributing in day to day life , an economy which underpins the world and keeps the world running .An economy which is so blatantly visible but hidden from our hindsight an economy which takes away food from a common man but fills a coffers for the elite few.
The people who run this economy are few of the richest and most powerful, some say even more powerful than the “niche” politicians.
The economy is none other than the “Economy of War “or simply put WAR economy. Every nation willingly or willingly contributes to it.This war economy takes different forms according to the needs of socio-economic conditions of the country like religion, security etc.
In the name of security, in the name of safeguarding its borders, in the name of maintaining purity of its religion, Countries stack up their arms, sometimes they wage direct wars, sometimes proxy-war and many other times blatant intervention in the name of safeguarding the “Citizens of Foreign Country” against their own rulers who are supposedly having “WMD” and “Chemical Arsenals”.
In every corner of the globe there is war, either two countries are waging direct war at each other a coalition force has occupied some country or even worse Civil war within a country. War mongering is a way of life for many countries and in reality this keeps the economy afloat. They make weapons, they sell it legally and illegally .They funds the money to buy those arms and they take back the money while selling the arms. The irony is the same country which mongers war will broker peace between the warring factions.
They fund the “so called” Poor Governments and they arm the “Helpless Rebels” against these poor Governments. In a moment’s notice anarchy rules and the powerful nations occupy the country and ensure their vested business interests are protected. War mongers start a war for protecting their religion but again provide arms to fight against their religion!
Rebel factions resort to illegal means to generate revenue to like cultivating opium, kidnappings, smuggling .Countries heavily tax the common man to keep their revenue tickling and in turn poor common man is sapped of everything he has.
Lives are lost, millions are displaced and the rest hold on to what they have, loose their homeland lose their identity and in turn loose the means to live and they again depend on the rich countries to provide them AID .. It’s a Vicious CYCLE!!!!!
The money spent on the arms, wars and nuclear arsenals rob common man of his basic right's of food, shelter and safe living. But who cares about it as long as the world economy is taken care, after all some amount of the money generated through the war is “Thrown” back to the suffering population in the name of aid,Which effectively keeps everyone muffled.
There are spending cuts everywhere, but wars don’t stop and countries are ready to jump to war at a short notice. Well,it is justified from their view as the “WORLD” depends on war economy, without WAR the countries as we know today wouldn’t exist.Without wars world wouldn’t have heroes to celebrate?
Once again, the fog of wars looms large at us, im sure the DOGS of WAR are barking and are getting ready to hound again.
