Just consider the magnitude of Mahabharata , the number of kingdoms and the number of people involved at different levels and played various roles That’s at least half of current day Indian population (1,530,900 soldiers on Pandavas side and 2,405,700 soldiers) Kauravas side)as stakeholders and consider the number of communication channels n(n-1) , it’s just mind blowing . He must have also ensured that is communication is without any noise and received and ably understood by the recipients.
The battle formation and strategy adopted for each one of the 18 days is astounding as well as the ground rules established for the meeting and for the war as just efficient and he also ensured adherence to the maximum extent.
Even when you consider how he eliminated the threat of starting the war at a day, which was advantageous to the Kauravas by circumventing the “ammavasai” to his advantage! That’s simply eliminating a threat by majestic planning.
Let’s look at the resource planning , he had a great plan of who should fight with whom , for instance Arjuna takes on the “Noble” Karna and Shikhandi ( Shikhandi was a woman on previous birth , Bishma has vow that he wont hurt woman in any form so Arjuna hid behind Shikhandi to bring down Bishma) was used against the Great Bishma !, Bheema takes care of the “Mighty” Duryodhana (RACI chart comes to mind , he made each of the Pandavas accountable , responsible and consult with each other to eliminate certain threats according to their strength and weakness.( SWOT comes to Mind) .Lord Krishna even used the Lord SUN as a buffer to kill Jayadratha ( Was killed by Arjuna , he had to be killed before sunset , so Lord used his “chakra” to create a illusion of sunset which made Jayadratha to come out to mock Arjuna and he gets killed).
His crucial introduction of Characters , especially Kadothkaja was simply a masterstroke and ensured that “Brahmastra” was used on him , thus saving fearless Arjuna.( Can we say Crashing and maybe he used Kadothkaja as a buffer and ensured his critical path is not affected by not loosing Arjuna). Not to forget his introduction of Abhimanyu to penetrate the “ Chakra Viyuga”.
He Initiated, Planned , Executed , Monitored and Controlled the outcomes exceptionally and the results were all of great quality because of his quality control and assurance.
In short, He effectively and efficiently managed all the process knowledge and the process groups with élan.
I wonder if we had such strategist, manager and a leader before who had given guidance which can be correlated to the current management process, I indeed bow to him .Lord Krishna is just one example , there were other able leaders/strategist like the Great Acharya Chanakya , Lord Rama, Veer Hanuman.Im sure people when they start to think about our “Way of life”, Epics, Vedas and Upanishads will sure realize they didn't tell not only how to lead a righteous life but also how to manage our work in a prjoectized way!
Hey Beautifully crafted .... Also i guess lord Krishna believed in this statement- All bad things done with good motives are good & the
